Our vision as a local church is to become a multi-ethnic Christian Community that is devoted to God, built by the Holy Spirit, and growing in the image of Jesus Christ both here and abroad.

A Biblical-Pentecostal Faith

1. God is eternal, all-powerful, all-knowing, all-present, all-holy, and all-loving in His existence as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is before all things, distinct from all things, being the Sole Creator of all things for His own glorious designs and intentions. He is all good, wanting only good for His creation. He demonstrated this by coming Himself as the Son of God, and by being present within the believer and Church by His Spirit.

2. God has communicated to humanity perfectly through the Bible, which in its original writing is without error -- it did not come about by the design of men, but holy men of God were moved upon by God the Spirit. The Bible is an anthology of 66 separate books, written by over 40 different human authors, spanning a time period of almost 1400 years — and it contains no flaws. The Scripture is sufficient, necessary, clear, and complete for the Church and believer.

3. God descended from heavenly glory and prestige in becoming totally human, sharing the fullness of human weakness and fragility — yet without sin -- and although He was God, He did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but He emptied Himself and became a servant. Jesus was born of a virgin, did miracles, lived perfectly, died in our place, rose from death, and ascended physically back into heaven. He is there waiting to return physically -- soon.

4. Adam and Eve were created perfect by God in a perfect paradise. They lived in paradise with one another and with the Lord. But they choose not to listen to Him, which resulted in the Shattering of Human Nature and our exile from God's Presence. The result is sin, death, disease, satanic bondage, and hell forever.

5. When the Message about Jesus is spoken and believed, God the Spirit begins at that moment of faith to reverse the cause and effects of "the Shattering." He guarantees us eternal life in perfect fellowship with Him and those who believe. He saves us.

6. The Spirit also empowers believers and churches to share the Message about Jesus through supernatural signs, wonders, and miracles. All that Jesus began to do and teach while He walked on the earth, He now does by His Spirit through His people -- the Church. The first sign someone has been baptized (immersed) into the Spirit is speaking in an unknown language, while the ultimate sign is supernatural power to share the Message in various ways.

7. Jesus is coming again on the clouds of heaven. He will visibly appear in the sky, calling His people to Him. The people on earth are going to experience judgment -- the One who lived and walked as Servant of All is coming as King of All. Since this judgment will be final, and since the Lord Jesus wants to call everyone to meet with Him, we preach His Message with all power and urgency.

8. God has prepared a city for those love Him and walk in the Way He has commanded. This heavenly city will eventually be united with the earth once He has recreated the whole universe. Those who have believed and walked after the Lord will dwell in that new city and new earth. Those who have not will abide in the Lake of Fire that burns forever — always alone and away from the Presence of God.
